Our house caretaker took care of any issue that arose quickly and efficiently. Great location to get sun and see palm trees. Close to Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There were close pickle ball courts also which my family enjoyed. Close to restaurants and Manatee Park.

Great Cape Coral trip. House was great, good location, nice neighborhood and the communication from the property management company was excellent. We will be booking again on our next trip to Cape Coral.
